Welcome to Mr. Polaris (the "Service"), available at mrpolaris.com. The Service is operated by Sky Tech USA LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "Mr. Polaris").
Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. They contain important disclaimers and limitations of liability, including a statement that nothing on this site is medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
By checking the box stating that you have read and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and by using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with us and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not check the box and do not use the Service.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. In short: the personal details you enter (such as your name, birth date, time and place, city of residence, gender, marital status, work status, and children) are processed by our secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud) to generate your report and are stored encrypted in your account. They are never sold or shared with advertising third parties. When generating a report, with your explicit consent, structurally abstracted highlights (no name, birth date/time/place, or coordinates) may be processed by Google Vertex AI (Gemini) to produce a short opening interpretation displayed at the top of your calendar. This does not add a new third-party sub-processor, as Google is already our cloud provider. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Mr. Polaris is an astrology web application. Based on the birth information you choose to enter, it generates:
The astronomical positions used by the Service (planets, houses, eclipses, retrogrades) are calculated with genuine ephemeris software. However, the interpretations built on top of those positions are traditional astrological symbolism; not science. Astrology is not a scientifically validated method of predicting events, health, character, or anything else.
Report generation, account management, and payment processing involve server-side cloud infrastructure. Analytics is collected with your consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details of what data flows occur and to which third parties.
Mr. Polaris offers both free and paid features.
Your annual subscription renews automatically at the end of each yearly term, charging your saved payment method the then-current annual price, until you cancel. By completing checkout you authorize these recurring annual charges. The auto-renewal terms, the amount, and the renewal frequency are disclosed clearly and conspicuously on the checkout screen before you pay.
You can cancel at any time from your account ("Manage subscription," which opens the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid term, and you are not charged again after that. Cancellation uses the same simple electronic means by which you subscribed, with no retention call or extra step.
Because access to the report is delivered to you immediately, all sales are final and paid terms are non-refundable once the term has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory consumer law (see Section 13). If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right may be waived once you ask us to begin immediate delivery; you acknowledge this at checkout.
If you use the Service as a business or astrologer ("Studio") to generate charts for your own customers, separate business terms apply, including a platform license fee and a fee charged for each chart created, billed before the chart is created and non-refundable. Those arrangements are governed by the separate Astrologer Platform Agreement and Data Processing Agreement, not by these consumer Terms.
If a renewal price changes, we will disclose the new price before it applies to your next renewal, consistent with applicable law. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (for example sales tax or VAT), which will be added where required and shown at checkout.

All content provided by Mr. Polaris; including natal chart readings, character descriptions, calendars, event interpretations, health commentary, career and money commentary, relationship commentary, longevity or "critical period" commentary, numerology, and Vedic readings; is provided solely for general information, entertainment, and personal reflection.
The content is NOT, and must never be treated as:
Always consult a qualified professional; a licensed physician, mental-health professional, financial advisor, or attorney; for any question or decision in those areas. Never make, delay, or change an important decision based on content from this Service, including (without limitation) medical decisions, surgery dates, treatments, medications, investments, contracts, employment decisions, or legal actions.
Any percentages, likelihood scores, or "expectation" badges shown by the Service (for example, "likelihood of manifesting ≈ X%") are symbolic expressions of traditional astrological weighting. They are not statistical measurements, not scientific probabilities, and not predictions of real-world outcomes.
Astrological content describes symbolic tendencies; probabilities in a poetic sense, not fate, and not facts. Your own judgment, and the advice of qualified professionals, must always come first.
Some readings mention body areas, vitality, or health themes traditionally associated with zodiac signs or astrological periods (for example, suggestions to "pay attention" to a body region during a certain transit).
These statements are astrological symbolism only. They cannot detect, diagnose, predict, or treat any medical condition, and they have no scientific or medical basis.
The Service is not intended for, or directed at, anyone under 16 years of age. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 16 years old (or older, if the law where you live sets a higher age for using services like this without parental consent). If you are under 16, do not use the Service. We do not knowingly provide readings to children and rely on this representation; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
You agree to use the Service only for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes (business and astrologer use is governed by the separate Astrologer Platform Agreement). You must not:
The Service; including the "Mr. Polaris" name and brand, logo, visual design, text, interpretive content, reading databases, translations, and software; is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may save, print, or share your own generated readings for personal use. All other rights are reserved. Third-party open-source components included in the Service remain governed by their own licenses.
"Mr. Polaris" and the Mr. Polaris logo may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner likely to cause confusion.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY; INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY READING, INTERPRETATION, PERCENTAGE, FORECAST, OR CALENDAR EVENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR WILL CORRESPOND TO ANY REAL-WORLD OUTCOME. ASTROLOGICAL AND NUMEROLOGICAL CONTENT IS INHERENTLY INTERPRETIVE AND UNVERIFIABLE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in that case, the exclusions above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law; including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for willful misconduct.
Some of the data you provide is stored in your browser, and some is stored in your account in our cloud. Information you enter as a guest without signing in may be kept only in your browser's local storage; if you clear your browser data it is deleted, and anyone with access to your device may be able to view it. Data tied to your account (such as your email, saved charts, and generated reports) is stored in our cloud infrastructure (encrypted) and is governed by the Privacy Policy; you can delete it at any time from your account or by contacting us. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your own device and your account credentials.
The Service offers both free and paid features and is provided at our discretion. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature during a term you have already paid for, your remedy is continued access for the remainder of that term or a pro-rata refund of the unused portion, as required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Material changes will be indicated by the new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
If we introduce features that materially change your data rights or the nature of data processing beyond what is described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, we will update both documents first and any such feature will require your separate, explicit agreement where required by law.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and; where applicable; the federal laws of the United States.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Turkey, or another jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms deprives you of those protections. You retain all rights granted by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of habitual residence, and any choice of Texas law does not override them. Where such laws allow, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.
Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at the address in Section 16 and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, or severed if it cannot be, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the Service.
